Dr. of Philosophy and a Educational Consultant with 25 years of involvement in curriculum and program design, development and implementation to cater the different learning needs and to achieve the desired learning outcomes.

Throughout the years, I have been the driving force for a variety of different companies spanning across the Greater Chicago Area and Singapore in roles such as : Managing Director, Project Manager, Consultant, Instructional Designer, Executive Officer, and a Course Instructor. During my time in these roles I have: >>> Established an extensive US $4.3M Curriculum Development Project (CDP) in Singapore, leading the planning, designing, deployment, testing, and monitoring of the project efforts. >>> Instituted a pilot project for technical and non-technical e-Learning at Fuchun Secondary School, Singapore, through instructional design management. >>> Developed and implemented IT courseware called Cyber Vision 2000 for primary and secondary schools in Singapore. >>> Earned the Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing Company's Recognition Award for the year 1999. Most recently, I have been an Educational Consultant, and Director of the Hifdh Program where I supervise and continuously develop a team of 7 teachers in the methodology of the program. >>>

I've Encouraged more than 10 students in gaining their certification as a certified Huffaazh and accompanied 30 students in graduating from the Hifzh program. My proven track record for turning around under achieving program initiatives, creating, and implementing new business processes, and delivering on complex projects formulates organizational structure that promotes growth and development. I am an innovator and a coach; I take great pride in developing leaders and team members to ultimately reach their full potential.

I effectively work cross-functionally and collaboratively with internal and external business partners while continually building lasting relationships. I enjoy the challenge of delivering world-class customer service while balancing the needs of the business with the needs of the people I am fortunate enough to lead.
